Embossed Patterns

Many patterns were stamped into the tin coverings of trunks from the late 1870s to 1910. Most production of all patterns ceased by 1910 and are no longer available. Here are some that we have come across.

 
We have divided the pattern types into three distinct families: Nature, Geometric and Miscellaneous  (some of which are not really embossed but are still considered patterns).
